...some problems can be resolved in one or two sessions, while deep and complex  issues may require a number of therapy/telephone sessions. This can mean weeks or even months of commitment.

Gisela incorporates Sound Therapy, Breathing Techniques and Guided, Channelled Meditation into her treatments. This is often experienced as an incredible sense of inner peace.
